The Pirate Bay is probably the most famous website in the world when it comes to downloading free movies, music and TV shows (amongst other things) illegally. In 2010 the founders were tried in a Swedish court and during the whole process they had a camera crew following them around documenting the whole thing and then turning it into a movie TPB AFK (The Pirate Bay Away From Keyboard). While the documentary is definitely slanted in their view it doesn’t really demonize or go after any particular person or government. It certain doesn’t really offer a solution to piracy but it does raise some good questions. While it does have some language that is not appropriate for most classrooms it is definitely a thought provoking thought.
